Delivery & Returns Policy

We are accepting and fulfilling orders as usual and are now dispatching 7 days a week within 72 hours.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page. 

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

*Due to high order demand, next day delivery service is currently unavailable. We will advise when this is available again. 

Orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Friday to be processed the same day. Any item ordered after 3pm, at Bank Holidays or the weekend will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Please bear this in mind with our delivery times.

Orders on our standard delivery service are usually dispatched within 72 hours, 7 days a week. If your order is placed after 5pm on a Friday please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders placed over the weekend, on Saturday or Sunday, are also included in our 72 hour dispatch service.

 WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER 

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from MUSKET BREWERY and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched. Please note that the tracking number included on this dispatch email may take a few hours to show in the courier’s system so don’t worry if it doesn't show you the details of delivery immediately.

If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. Should these delivery attempts fail, the goods will be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

VAT & CUSTOMS/IMPORT CHARGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. Please return merchandise items in their original packaging to;

Regarding any beer, if there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at info@musketbrewery.co.uk

 

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our helpdesk at info@musketbrewery.co.ukand we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases.
